About Me

My name is Laura, but on the internet I go by Xanthera, or Xan. I'm 20 years old, I have ADHD, and I'm currently attending college with a major in theatre arts and a minor in English. I love writing, and I'm good at it. But even though I'm fairly decent at academic writing, I prefer fiction, and I prefer to see the world through that filter. Because of my preference of fiction over reality, I prefer to write under the persona of a world-weary bard, which is all too appropriate, considering my singing abilities. I'm actually very opinionated and lean far to the left end of the political spectrum, but I try to see both sides of any given issue. I'm also lazy and too cynical for my own good, and I don't think trying to change things is worth the effort. Hence the blog name "Apathetic Neutral".
